Woodbridge Man Arrested for Multiple Domestic-Related Strangulations

WOODBRIDGE, VA—A Woodbridge man faces serious charges after being implicated in multiple domestic disputes at Riverside Station Apartments. The incidents occurred between March 19 and May 14 in the 14100 block of Big Crest Ln.

Kendall Rayshawn Davis, 25, was arrested on May 22, following an investigation into reports of verbal and physical altercations with a 25-year-old woman. The disputes reportedly escalated to physical assaults, including three instances where Davis allegedly strangled the victim.

The victim also reported that on two separate occasions, Davis prevented her from calling emergency services, sustaining minor injuries from the assaults. Davis has been charged with three counts of strangulation, one count of malicious wounding, five counts of domestic assault and battery, and two counts of preventing the summoning of law enforcement. A court date is pending, and no bond has been set.
