ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — A tragic motor vehicle crash that claimed the life of a 19-year-old woman is currently under investigation by the Atlantic City Police Department. The incident occurred on Saturday, at 2:53 PM, on the westbound side of Route 30 at mile marker 56.

According to witness accounts, the accident occurred during a lane change when the vehicle unexpectedly veered off the road.

The car collided with a light pole and road signs, leading to the death of the driver, a resident of Atlantic City.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.
