Youngstown man wins $20,000 on lottery scratch-off

POLAND, OH – William Blunt of Youngstown has won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery’s $10 scratch-off, Platinum Millionairewww.ohiolottery.com/Games/ScratchOffs/10DollarGames/Platinum-Millionaire

After federal and state tax withholdings, he will take home $14,400. William purchased his winning ticket from Danconet, located at 57 North Main Street in Poland.
