A public notice published in the Asbury Park Press shows the township will be accepting bids to refinish township tennis courts, presumably at Johnson Park.

TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, or designated representative, for the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, and publicly opened on September 13, 2017 at 10:00AM prevailing time, in the Meeting Room of theJackson TownshipMunicipal Building, 95 West Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey 08527 for the following: TENNIS COURT RESURFACE Proposal packages are on file at theJackson TownshipPurchasing Department, 95 W. Veterans Hwy. Jackson NJ 08527 and may be obtained during regular business hours, 8:30am to 4:30 pm., Monday through Friday. Proposal packages are also available via email by contacting the Purchasing Department at [email protected] and providing complete contact information. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided in the manner designated and required in the specifications, enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Township Clerk, Attn: Purchasing Agent, Township of Jackson, 95 W. Veterans Hwy., Jackson, NJ 08527 and plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the purpose for which the bid is being submitted. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N. J. S. A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submissions by corporations and partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.
