Motorcyclist in critical condition after crash in Macon

MACON, GA – A motorcyclist is in critical condition after being involved in a collision on Mercer University Drive near the Macon Mall.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office reported it is investigating a traffic collision that occurred at 9:35 p.m. in the 3500 block of Mercer University Drive.  The collision involved a motorcycle and two other vehicles. The circumstances surrounding the collision are under investigation.

The motorcyclist, 28-year-old Michael Hamilton was transported to the Atrium Navicent Health by ambulance and is listed in critical condition. No one else was injured during the incident. The traffic collision is under investigation.
