(11) UCLA vs. (1) Michigan

The updated line at playsugarhouse.com has Michigan favored by 6.5 points and the total is 136.

This is the fifth game in the Tournament for the UCLA Bruins, as they started in the First Four by defeating Michigan State.  The only team ever to start in the first four and make it to the Final Four was: Va. Commonwealth in 2011.  On Sunday, UCLA showed plenty of heart in the last eight minutes of regulation time, battling neck-and-neck with Alabama-before pulling away in overtime for a 10-point win.  All five UCLA starters scored in double-digits, and G David Singleton came off the bench to add 15 points.  The last time the Bruins faced

the Wolverines, was at Michigan was in Dec. 2017.  In that one, UCLA led Michigan by 15 in the 2nd-half, but Michigan stormed back to win 78-69.

In Sunday’s game against Florida State, Michigan shot 29-for-59 from the floor (49%); and outscored the Seminoles 50-28 in the paint.  Michigan have won 3-in-a-row, but are just 5-3 in their last eight games.  Are the Wolverines peaking at the right time, or might the Bruins present much tougher matchup problems than their recent opponents have?  The performance of center Hunter Dickinson and forward Brandon Johns will be the keys to solidifying Michigan’s chances of advancing to the Final Four.   Get this Big Winner by calling or Texting us at 201-906-3853 and use your Free security code 202 or Visit  joewizsports.com
