STOCKTON, CA – On October 6, 2021, Stockton Police Detectives arrested Juan Barrera Belmontez Sr, 61. Belmontez was arrested on several different felony charges including PC289(h) – penetration with a foreign object on a child younger than 18 years of age, PC289(d) – penetration with a foreign object, and several charges of PC 243.4 Sexual touching on persons intimate body part(s). All female victims were between the ages of 17 – 46.
Belmontez is known within his community for being a masseuse. Belmontez has allegedly been working out of his South Stockton home since 1999 and has no professional training.
