Midnight Shooting in Northwest D.C. Leaves Woman Injured

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A woman was shot around midnight on Sunday morning. The D.C. Metro Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 12 a.m. in the 1300 block of Missouri Avenue.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered the female victim with a gunshot wound. She was quickly transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment for her injuries. Details regarding the victim’s identity and her current condition remain undisclosed at this time.
