North Jersey Cocaine Queen Busted by Police

Secaucus authorities took action following a concerned citizen’s report in early March 2024, indicating drug sales at a Front Street residence. Under Detective Sergeant Matthew Ford’s supervision, the Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit initiated an investigation to validate the tip.

On March 21, 2024, at 7:00 P.M., Anti-Crime Unit detectives arrested Andres Marquez, 33, of Milltown, after observing him purchase cocaine from Kathryn Jarvis, 40, residing on the 200 block of Front Street.

Following an extensive investigation, supported by the Secaucus Police K-9 Unit, a court-authorized search of Jarvis’ residence was conducted on March 21, 2024.


The search led to the seizure of suspected cocaine and methamphetamine, alongside ledgers and drug paraphernalia indicating Jarvis’ involvement in packaging narcotics for distribution.

Chief Dennis Miller emphasized the partnership between the Secaucus Police and the community, crediting it for the successful arrest. Miller praised the Anti-Crime Unit’s diligence in combating criminal activities and reaffirmed the department’s commitment to addressing community concerns to enhance quality of life in Secaucus.
