Ohio Lottery Jackpots Near $2 Billion Mark

CLEVELAND, OH – Ohio is on the brink of reaching a landmark $2 billion in jackpot prizes across Mega Millions, Powerball, and Classic Lotto this week. With more than $1.9 billion available, lottery enthusiasts have a prime opportunity to participate in the excitement.

The Powerball jackpot has soared to $800 million for tonight’s drawing, marking a significant increase since its last win on January 1, when a Michigan player secured a $842.4 million prize. Meanwhile, the Classic Lotto, a game exclusive to Ohio, boasts an $8.1 million jackpot for this evening.

Leading the jackpot offerings, Mega Millions stands at $1.10 billion for Tuesday night’s drawing, March 26, setting a new precedence in the state’s lottery history. The last Mega Millions jackpot win in Ohio was recorded on December 17, 2019, with a $372 million prize, while the most recent Powerball win in the state was on April 14, 2023, for $252.6 million.
