NEW YORK, NY – Three lucky New York Lottery players each won $10,280 in the August 18 Take 5 Evening drawing, with winning tickets sold in Bay Shore, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.

The New York Lottery announced the winning tickets were purchased at three different retailers: 7-Eleven at 1375 Brentwood Road in Bay Shore, Hegeman Minimarket Food at 1017 Hegeman Avenue in Brooklyn, and Seattle Cafe at 2 Penn Plaza in Manhattan.

Take 5 drawings are held twice daily, at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., with numbers drawn from a field of 1 through 39. Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
