Two Men Charged for DWI in Wall

Wall Township, NJ — Wall Township Police made two arrests for driving while intoxicated (DWI) on Saturday, August 3, following separate traffic incidents.

Patrolman Wayne Jackson arrested Riley A. Coll, 19, of Middletown, after a motor vehicle accident at the Collingwood Circle. Coll was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law, which allows for the release of individuals arrested for DWI under certain conditions.

In another case, Patrolman Joseph Phillips arrested Wilfredo Martinez, 56, of Morganville, for DWI following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 195. Martinez was also processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.

These arrests are part of ongoing efforts by the Wall Township Police to address and deter impaired driving, enhancing safety on the roads. Further details will be provided as the cases progress.
