Delaware State Police are investigating a road rage incident involving a firearm on I-95 that occurred on Friday.

On Friday at approximately 12:50 p.m., troopers responded to the 900 block of Concord Avenue following reports of a road rage incident. The preliminary investigation indicated that a 48-year-old male victim was driving on the 141 ramp for I-95 northbound when a U-Haul box truck, driven by an unknown black male suspect, began tailgating him. In response, the victim applied his brakes, leading the suspect to slow down, pull alongside, and engage in an argument before pointing a gun and fleeing. No injuries were reported.

Delaware State Police are still investigating the case and are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or has information to contact Trooper J. Mulford at Troop 1 by calling 302-761-6677. Information can also be submitted via a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or through Delaware Crime Stoppers.
