PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 40-year-old man walked into Nazareth Hospital late Thursday night suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his back.

The victim arrived around 11:25 p.m., prompting officers from the 8th District to respond to the emergency room.

Police said the man was struck six times but refused to cooperate with investigators or provide details about the shooting.

Detectives later identified a possible crime scene on the 8300 block of State Road, where evidence suggested the shooting may have occurred.
