$1 million Scratch-Off winner sold at North Philadelphia convenience store

MIDDLETOWN, PA – A $1 million Pennsylvania Lottery Scratch-Off ticket was sold in Philadelphia, turning a $20 game into a seven-figure prize for one lucky player.

The winning Millionaire Loading ticket was purchased at M & M Express Inc., located at 5520 Whitaker Avenue in Philadelphia. The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the top-prize ticket.

Millionaire Loading is a $20 Scratch-Off game that offers top prizes of $1 million.

Lottery officials said Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date, which is posted at palottery.com. Winners are advised to sign the back of their ticket and contact the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.

Scratch-Off tickets are distributed at random, and neither the Pennsylvania Lottery nor its retailers know where winning tickets will be sold until prizes are claimed.

Prizes over $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding.
