Among the largest events, the Laurelton Fire Company No. 1 was granted approval to host a car show on September 13, with a rain date of September 20 at Windward Beach.

The National MS Society also received approval for its “Bike MS: Coast the Coast” event on May 9, which will take place along Route 35 bike lanes with a designated rest stop at Brick Beach II.

Other approved events include:

  • A “Steps for Hope” 5K and 2-mile walk on April 18
  • A series of “silent” piano concerts hosted by the MindTravel Foundation from May through August at Brick Beach III
  • Multiple preschool and Pre-K ceremonies in June at Windward Beach

Each event must comply with township regulations, including maintaining open fire lanes, coordinating traffic as needed, and meeting sanitation and accessibility standards.
