Brentwood store sells $50K Powerball winner in May drawing
Brentwood, NY — A winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Brentwood following the May 2 drawing, lottery officials said.
The ticket was purchased at Easy Jay Convenience Inc on 2nd Avenue and matched four white balls and the Powerball to win the third-tier prize.
Powerball drawings take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night.
Players have up to one year to claim prizes.
