STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Two longtime leaders in Stafford Township law enforcement signed off for the final time as Chief James Haldenwang and Traffic Safety Officer Justin Pascale officially retired after careers spanning more than five decades of combined public service. Pascale also became one of the first officers in New Jersey to earn certification as a Traffic Safety Specialist, a distinction that reflected his commitment to roadway safety and professional development.
