A lucky Powerball player is holding a $50,000 winning ticket after it was sold at a Huntington pharmacy.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. — A New York Lottery player is celebrating a $50,000 Powerball Double Play prize after purchasing the winning ticket in Huntington.

The winning ticket for the July 8 drawing was sold at Northshore Pharmacy, located at 25 Southdown Road in Huntington.

Powerball Double Play is a $1 add-on feature that gives players a second chance to win using the same numbers from their Powerball ticket in a separate drawing. The game offers prizes ranging from $7 to a top prize of $10 million.

The New York Lottery has not released the identity of the winner.
