MIAMI, FL – It’s not like Karol G had too much on her mind while she was performing Friday at the FTX Arena at a Miami concert. After all, she was lip-syncing, it turned out. After making her way to the stairs during her performance, wearing knee-high high-heeled boots, the singer misstepped on the top step and tumbled hard ten feet below.
During her tumble, her piped-in vocals continued blasting, exposing that she had been lip-syncing during her live performance.
She later shared pictures of her cuts and bruises on Instagram but was otherwise alright.
