15-year-old missing since Friday in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is searching for a 15-year-old boy missing since Friday.

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Charles Talley. He was last seen on Friday, December 9, 2022, on the 16xx block of Conyln Street.

Charles is 15 years-of-age, 5′ 11’, 115 lbs., brown complexion, brown eyes, black hair, thin build and was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a red VAPE hoodie.

Anyone with any information on Charles’s whereabouts is asked to please contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353 or 911.
