SCHENECTADY, NY – Officers from the Schenectady Police Department responded to a welfare check at 953 Crane Street at around 11:11 am on Monday. Upon arrival, a female victim was found shot and was pronounced dead at the scene by members of the Schenectady Fire Department.
The victim’s identity is being withheld until family can be notified.
