Alexandria Shooting Leaves One Critical

ALEXANDRIA, VA – A shooting that occurred in an alley several blocks east of the Braddock Metro station has left one person in critical condition.

The incident unfolded around 2:30 p.m. along the 800 block of N. Henry Street.

Initial reports indicate that the victim was shot multiple times, including in the head, by two suspects wearing hoodies and ski masks. Witnesses observed the incident, which subsequently led to a significant response from the local police and a temporary shutdown of several roads in the area.

The victim was transported to a local trauma center, with their condition reported as critical. The Alexandria Police Department is asking for additional information related to the shooting.
