VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – A recent undercover operation has resulted in the arrest of five adult males.
The operation, which took place last week, was a joint effort by the Virginia Beach Police Department’s Special Investigations Bureau, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
During the operation, investigators posing as minors online were approached by the suspects. The men were arrested upon arrival at a designated location, where they had agreed to pay for sexual acts with the supposed minor.
The five suspects face charges that include Attempt Carnal Knowledge of a Minor and Use of Communications Systems to Facilitate Certain Offenses Involving Children.
Among those arrested were Hyman Stubbs II, Geraldpao Balandra, Justin Macezinskas, Reggie Keaton, and Elmer Aquilar.
