NORFOLK, VA – Michael Saumier, a 16-year-old, was last seen at approximately 9:00 a.m. on September 28 on the 6500 block of Chesapeake Boulevard.
Saumier is described as being 5-feet-7-inches tall and weighing 125 pounds. He may be wearing a blue hoodie, white pants, and carrying a black and grey checkered bookbag.
