Lamar Township Man to Face Trial on 25 Counts Against Minors

LOCK HAVEN, PA – Emanuel J. King, 25, residing at 151 Smith Lane, Lamar Township, is set to face trial, confronting 25 counts of severe sex crimes allegedly committed against minor females below the age of 13.

The trial, bound over on Monday, sees King being charged with an assortment of sexual offenses.

The offenses include Aggravated Indecent Assault and Indecent Assault.

The prosecution, led by District Attorney Dave Strouse, included testimonies from three of King’s purported victims and arresting officer Brian Burger from the Mill Hall Borough Police Department.

The Court has maintained King’s monetary bail at $45,000.00, considering his adherence to all preceding court proceedings.
