Man Charged with Sexual Assault on Minor in Carroll Township

DILLSBURG, PA – The Carroll Township Police Department began an investigation into a reported sexual assault against a child on July 8.

Over the course of their inquiry, it was determined that Troy Hickey had engaged in sexual conduct with a minor for an extended duration.

As a result, Hickey faces multiple charges including Rape Of A Child, Statutory Sexual Assault, and Corruption Of Minors.

Hickey was brought before the court and bail has been established at $50,000.00.

The charges against include Rape of a child, Statutory sexual assault, Indecent assault, and Corruption of minors.
