Harford County Deputy Struck by Vehicle While Directing Traffic

HARFORD COUNTY, MD – A Harford County Sheriff’s Office deputy was hit by a vehicle this afternoon while directing traffic. The incident occurred around 3:19 PM in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, Aberdeen.

The deputy was promptly transported to a trauma center. Initial reports indicate the injuries are minor and non-life-threatening. The Sheriff’s Office has issued an alert to inform the public and possibly gather additional information about the incident.
