TRENTON, NJ – The weather forecast for New Jersey indicates a series of rainy conditions starting Tuesday. The day will experience rain primarily before 1 p.m., followed by patchy drizzle and possible rain after 4 p.m., with patchy fog lifting before 9 a.m. Temperatures are expected to reach a high near 51 degrees, with northeast winds shifting northwest in the afternoon, potentially gusting up to 20 mph. The likelihood of precipitation stands at 100%, with new rainfall amounts projected between a quarter and half of an inch.

Tuesday night will see a slight chance of rain before 1 a.m., transitioning to mostly cloudy skies with a low around 46 degrees. The wind will shift from west around 5 mph to calm after midnight, with a 20% chance of precipitation.

Wednesday’s weather will bring rain mainly after 1 p.m., with temperatures climbing to a high near 58 degrees. A calm wind will turn southeast around 5 mph in the afternoon. An 80% chance of rain is forecasted, with new precipitation amounts ranging between a half and three quarters of an inch.

The rainy weather is expected to continue into Wednesday night, with a low around 49 degrees and north winds of 5 to 10 mph. The chance of precipitation increases to 90%, with rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch anticipated.

Thursday will offer a chance of rain, mainly before 1 p.m., under mostly cloudy skies and a high near 56 degrees. The probability of rain is set at 30%, with minimal new precipitation amounts.

The forecast for Thursday night predicts partly cloudy skies with a low around 40 degrees, signaling a potential break from the rainy conditions.
