NEW YORK, NY — An off-duty New York City employee was apprehended and charged with assault. The incident occurred within by officers from the 77 Precinct in Brooklyn at 11:00 AM.

The individual arrested is Diamond Rolland, a 30-year-old female serving as an NYPD School Safety Agent. This arrest marks a significant incident involving a city employee.
