ALLENTOWN, PA—A dramatic pursuit unfolded in Allentown on Monday, June 10, when local police officers spotted a wanted man in the 600 block of N. 9th St. The individual, identified as 25-year-old Kalvon Fauntleroy of Allentown, attempted to evade capture by running through a house to access the rooftops of connected row homes.

Despite the challenging circumstances, the Allentown Police Department swiftly set up a perimeter and managed to deescalate the situation effectively. Fauntleroy was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.

Originally wanted on charges related to illegal firearm possession, Fauntleroy now faces additional charges of disorderly conduct and flight to avoid apprehension, following his attempt to escape police.
