Lancaster, PA – The East Hempfield Township Police Department has arrested one defendant and seeks information on the whereabouts of a second for sex crimes against a minor allegedly committed in the 2200 block of Seitz Dr.
John Dehart, 56 of Camano Island, Wash., was taken into custody in Philadelphia on April 18 and extradited to Lancaster County on various charges.
Dehart’s bail has been set at $1 million; he remains in Lancaster County Prison with a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 21.
The police are looking for codefendant Sarah Miller, 34, in relation to the same case.
