Baltimore, Md. – A 36-year-old Baltimore man has been charged with first-degree murder following the death of Sierra Johnson, 38, who was found deceased in her home on July 14, 2024.

At approximately 8:56 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 800 block of Abbott Court after receiving a call for service. Upon entering the home, officers discovered Johnson with fatal head trauma.

While canvassing the area, officers located the suspect, Bryan Cherry, in the 1300 block of Homewood Avenue. Cherry was arrested at the scene.
