NEW YORK, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department has arrested two teenagers and is seeking additional suspects in connection with an assault on a 62-year-old woman that took place last month on Staten Island.

The incident occurred on Monday, July 15, 2024, at approximately 7:20 p.m. in front of 850 Howard Avenue, within the confines of the 120th Precinct.
