Baltimore woman scores $200,000 on Ravens X10 scratch-off

September 18, 2025

Baltimore, MD – A lifelong Ravens fan from Baltimore became the first big winner of the Maryland Lottery’s new Ravens X10 scratch-off, taking home a $200,000 top prize after buying her ticket at a neighborhood liquor store.

The woman, who has played Maryland Lottery games for more than four decades, purchased the $10 Ravens X10 ticket along with five $2 Ravens scratch-offs at Seena Wine & Liquors on North Charles Street before heading to work.

During her break, she scratched the tickets and thought she had won $200. A coworker suggested she scan the ticket to confirm. Later, she returned to the store where a cashier delivered the stunning news: the prize was actually $200,000.

“I dropped to my knees and prayed. I even shed a few tears of joy,” she said. She rushed home to share the life-changing win with her family.

The winner said she plans to take her family on a trip to Jamaica and save the rest.

The $10 Ravens X10 game launched in August with four top prizes of $200,000. With her win, three remain unclaimed along with multiple $50,000 and $10,000 prizes. Players with non-winning tickets can still enter them into the Ravens Second-Chance Promotion, which includes prizes such as season tickets for 20 years, cash giveaways, and exclusive team experiences.
