Detectives executed a court-approved search warrant at the Sinclair Gas Station and Dino Mart on Route 9 following multiple citizen complaints.
Officials said the store was allegedly selling flavored vape cartridges and THC items to adults and minors under 21.

Investigation uncovers illegal vape sales
Authorities reported seizing about 1,000 flavored vape cartridges and roughly 100 THC products, along with other evidence during the search.
Arshveer Singh, 29, of New York, was arrested and charged with possessing THC products with intent to distribute and offering flavored vape products for sale. He was processed and released under bail reform pending a future court appearance.
Investigators said the store’s owners and employees were later provided with educational materials detailing the laws regarding prohibited vape and THC sales.
Police stress public safety and compliance checks
The Berkeley Township Police Department said it remains committed to protecting community safety, particularly that of young residents. The department urged anyone with information about illegal product sales to contact detectives directly or leave anonymous tips online.
Officers also plan to continue visiting local tobacco retailers to ensure compliance and distribute the same educational literature.
