The New York Lottery announced the winning ticket was sold at Avenue I Service Station, located at 1248 Coney Island Avenue. The TAKE 5 game draws numbers from a field of 1 through 39, with two daily drawings held at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

The winning numbers have not yet been claimed, and the Lottery reminds players that prizes must be redeemed within one year from the date of the drawing.
