Brooklyn deli sells $1K a week for life winning lottery ticket
BROOKLYN, NY – A lucky lottery player is now set to collect $1,000 a week for life after purchasing a second-prize winning CASH4LIFE ticket at a local Brooklyn deli for Saturday night’s drawing.
The winning ticket was sold at EL PATROSON DELI, located at 1141 Washington Ave in Brooklyn. The prize guarantees a minimum payout of $1,000,000 to the ticket holder.
Saturday’s drawing produced the life-changing win, with numbers drawn from a pool of one to 60, and a separate Cash Ball drawn from a field of four. While the top prize in CASH4LIFE is $1,000 a day for life, the second prize — which this ticket hit — delivers $1,000 a week for life.
The winner has not yet come forward, and the ticket can be claimed up to one year from the date of the draw. Officials did not disclose whether the prize was claimed via Quick Pick or player-selected numbers.
The CASH4LIFE game is held daily at around 9 p.m., offering players across the state a shot at lifetime payouts.
The New York Lottery, which brought in $3.6 billion to benefit public schools during the 2024–2025 fiscal year, continues to hold the title of the most profitable lottery in North America.
