Buffalo player hits $36K TAKE 5 jackpot at Tops Markets

BUFFALO, NY — A lucky New York Lottery player in Buffalo won the top prize of $36,812 in the February 14 TAKE 5 EVENING drawing.

The winning ticket was sold at Tops Markets, located at 800 Harlem Road. TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39, with drawings held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Lottery winners have up to one year from the drawing date to claim their prize.

The New York Lottery, the largest and most profitable in North America, contributed $3.8 billion to support public schools in fiscal year 2023-2024.
