CHAMBERSBURG, PA – On Tuesday, the Chambersburg Police Department arrested Jose Manuel Lopez II on a warrant for rape.
The warrant was issued on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, by authority 39-2-01 of the Chambersburg Borough Police Department.
Authorities had been actively searching for Lopez since the issuance of the warrant. With his arrest, Lopez now faces charges of rape, with a trial expected to be scheduled in the coming months.
