Cumberland, MD – The Cumberland Police Department responded to a theft incident on Virginia Avenue Tuesday night around 11:50 PM. Lyndia Santiago, aged 37 from Cumberland, was identified and accused of taking items from a store without paying.

Additionally, the police served an arrest warrant on Phillip William Lindner on Wednesday. This warrant stemmed from an investigation into thefts on Country Club Road.
