On November 25, 2020, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a call regarding a dead person inside of a pickup truck at Moore Park, located at 2200 Rockefeller Blvd. Dallas Fire and Rescue also responded and pronounced the victim, Bryan Jesus De Leon Cifuentes, a 23-year-old Latin male, deceased from homicidal violence. Witnesses reported that the vehicle arrived at the park at around 10:00 p.m. the night prior. Dallas Police are asking that anyone with information regarding this offense contact Det.
