Delaware motorcyclist identified after deadly crash on busy Wilmington roadway

State police continue investigating fatal Limestone Road wreck that claimed life of 38-year-old rider

WILMINGTON, Del. — Delaware State Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a fatal weekend crash on Limestone Road as a 38-year-old Wilmington man.

Authorities said Jonathan Pallett died following the crash Saturday in Wilmington.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deadly wreck.

Investigators have not yet released additional details about how the crash occurred.

Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or has information related to the investigation to contact Senior Corporal D. McKenna at (302) 365-8486.

Tips may also be submitted through a private message to Delaware State Police or anonymously through Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) 847-3333.

State police also reminded residents that victim support services are available for individuals impacted by sudden deaths or traumatic incidents.
