Dover, DE – The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (SOAR) has issued new public notifications regarding several wanted and homeless sex offenders across the state. Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating multiple individuals who have failed to register or re-register their current addresses as required by law.
Officials said SOAR is actively searching for several wanted offenders, including Luis Burgos, Charles Fulton, Clarence Jeter Jr., John Martz, Mollie Anne Schonwit, Demond Shockley, Michael Viscount, and Tori Lied. Each of the individuals is wanted for noncompliance with registration requirements.
The agency also released information about three registered sex offenders currently listed as homeless: Oubey Barrett, LaQuinn Lovett, and Anticious Peterson. While these individuals are not wanted for failing to register, their status requires public notification.

Authorities emphasized that the names released represent only a portion of the current wanted and homeless offenders listed on the Delaware Sex Offender Registry website.
