Domestic Dispute Leads to Arrest in Wilkes-Barre

WILKES-BARRE, PA – A domestic dispute involving terroristic threats and assault was reported on Jenks Lane.

The incident occurred on February 26th, 2025, at 9:06 PM, involving Skyler Williams, 36, and a 32-year-old female victim, both residents of Wilkes-Barre, PA. Officers responded to a residence following a call about a domestic dispute.

According to the victim, a verbal altercation escalated when Williams allegedly struck her in the face with his head. The victim reported that Williams placed his hands around her neck, threatening to kill her.

The victim managed to escape and contact emergency services. Williams was subsequently arrested and taken to City Headquarters, where he was processed and arraigned.
