Dunkirk bar sells sizzling $50K Bonus Match 5 winner
DUNKIRK, MD — Someone who picked up a Maryland Lottery ticket at a Dunkirk bar is suddenly holding a $50K winner after Wednesday night’s Bonus Match 5 drawing.
The top-tier winning ticket was sold at Anthony’s Bar & Grill located at 10371 Southern Maryland Boulevard in Dunkirk, according to Maryland Lottery officials.
Winning numbers for the Wednesday, May 6 Bonus Match 5 drawing were 13, 21, 22, 31, 33, with a Bonus Ball of 02.
The lucky player matched all five numbers to claim the $50K top prize.
Anthony’s Bar & Grill will also receive a $500 bonus from the Maryland Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
Lottery officials urged the winner to sign the back of the ticket and place it in a secure location. Winners have 182 days to claim prizes.
Prizes exceeding $25K must be claimed through Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.
