Lakewood, NJ – A young male riding an e-bike was struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon at a busy Lakewood intersection, leaving the rider injured and prompting an emergency response.
The crash occurred around 3 p.m. at the intersection of 11th Street and Madison Avenue, according to initial reports from the scene.
Emergency responders from Hatzolah arrived quickly and began treating the injured rider, described as a “bochur,” who sustained a broken leg in the collision. He was transported to a local hospital in stable condition for further treatment.
