Detectives want to speak with driver of white tractor-trailer seen near fatal crash
UTICA, NY — A 34-year-old Utica man has been identified as the victim of last Wednesday’s fatal hit-and-run on the Arterial at Burrstone Road while detectives continue searching for a white tractor-trailer whose driver may have information about what happened.
The Utica Police Department identified the victim as Deon Revill.
The Major Crimes Unit continues to investigate the fatal collision and is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a white tractor-trailer that police previously highlighted in connection with the investigation.
Police stressed that the truck’s involvement in the incident remains unknown.
Investigators want to speak with the operator to determine what the driver may have observed around the time of the hit-and-run.
Police did not provide additional information Monday about the circumstances of the collision or announce an arrest in the case.
