TRENTON, NJ—Most people would be shocked if a former Republican governor endorsed a Democrat for President.

However, this is New Jersey and that former governor is Christine Todd Whitman.

Nobody was shocked when she took to CNN to announce her support for Kamala Harris over former President Donald J. Trump.

Yes, Christine Todd Whitman, former Republican Governor of New Jersey, has publicly endorsed Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris for the 2024 presidential race. The New Jersey Globe reported this endorsement, which Whitman further discussed in an interview on CNN on Monday, August 5.

The only thing more shocking in New Jersey would be if former governor Chris Christie actually admitted he is supporting Kamala Harris instead of hiding behind a fabricated ‘tough guy, tough love Republican’.
