Ford Pickup Sought in Hit and Run Crash that Killed Elderly Towson Man

TOWSON, MD — Baltimore County authorities are urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident. The crash occurred on June 1, around 9:25 PM, on Northbound Route 702, where 70-year-old Ronald Lee Lefavore was struck and killed.

The vehicle, believed to be a 2018 to 2021 Ford F250 or F350 Super Duty truck, was last seen heading north on Route 702 towards I-695. Baltimore County paramedics pronounced Mr. Lefavore deceased at the scene.

Detectives from the Baltimore County Crash Team are leading the ongoing investigation and encourage anyone with information to come forward. Confidential tips can be directed to 410-887-5396.
